“Initial arrangement has been underway although an official communication is yet to follow,” Estal said in an interview over DXJS Radyo Pilipinas.

The SDSSU president could not go into the details since matters had yet to be finalized with the in-charge of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA).

Meanwhile, Grace Barcena, PIA infocen manager here, admitted to have initially coordinated with the office of Dr. Estal, saying it would be regarding a forum on “Dismiss Disinformation Advocacy Campaign” which would be spearheaded by Sec. Andanar himself.

On the other hand, Dr. Estal had expressed regret that he would miss the planned visit of Sec. Andanar owing to a conflict of schedule for their “2nd Quarterly Board Meeting in Davao City on the same day.”

He made sure, however, that “somebody in his institution would take charge in case the rare event would push through.”

He pointed out that State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) presidents had to appear in person with the historic MOA signing of Pres. Duterte. (Radyo Pilipinas-Tandag/PIA-Surigao del Sur)
