General Manager Tito Lingan said members of the Task Force Kapatid beought their equipment and transportation the restoration of power supply in Cagayan the soonest possible time.
Lingan admitted that it will take time to fully restore all the lines considering the damage brought by Typhoon Ompong and the fact that Cagelco-1 has only 40 workforce.
The Task Force Kapatid is a group organized by electric cooperatives, to help each other in restoration and rehabilitation efforts in cases of disasters and calamities, which according to Lingan, is a manifestation of the real essence of cooperation.
