BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, July 13 (PIA)–Provincial administrator Maybelle Blossom Dumlao-Sevillena here has praised President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for approving their request for funding assistance intended to raise the quality of life among villagers in the province.

She said at least P370 million has been released recently for various infrastructure projects for the province’s 15 towns including the P100 million fund for the Ambaguio Road Development Project (ARDP).

“We are very grateful for President Duterte’s approval of our funding allocation request last year. Right now, we are at the stage of implementing these projects already with funding counterpart from the provincial government,” Dumlao-Sevillena said.

She said the funded infrastructure projects were recommended earlier by the Provincial Development Council (PDC) chaired by Governor Carlos Padilla and the endorsement made by the Sangugniang Panlalawigan (SP).

She added that the P370 million fund was included in the proposed 2018 budget which was sent by PRRD in Congress for deliberation, however, it was trimmed to P157 million while the Ambaguio Road Development Project settled to P95 million.
